Two of Anita Mosher's original oil paintings were juried into the Creative Capitol Metro Denver Show. The work will be on display at Denver International Airport concourse A November 1, 2010-Feb 28, 2011 and at the Colorado Capitol building from March 1, 2011 through June 2011.

Anita Mosher was asked to participate in the "Windows to the Divine Paint Out" at Evergreen Fine Art August 26-28. August 28 is a paint out and live auction.
Benefiting the Colorado Dominican Vocation Foundation.

I was commissioned to paint a 4 foot by 8 foot painting for the lobby of the brand new Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children in Denver, Colorado that opens August 31, 2010
The diverse group of children sitting on a rock in an aspen forest looking at Long's Peak is the subject matter for this piece.

Painting the still life is a wonderful way to learn to paint from life, the light is constant and the objects don’t move! Anita Mosher is an enthusiastic and gifted teacher, excited about sharing the joys of painting. In this workshop, participants will focus on the fundamentals of drawing, value, color, temperature, edges and brushwork.
